The Winged Whimsies Quilt Pattern rest on leaves that are growing beyond their boxes. Use raw-edge, fusible or traditional applique techniques to attach the leaves and Whimsies to the background. Zig-zag stitches or straight stitches secure and decorate the edges of the applique pieces. Pattern pieces are reversed and ready to trace. Make all three blocks for a wall hanging or table runner or just one to adorn a shirt or bag.
Karri made one wall hanging in bright colors and one using animal prints. Try going wild with this quilt - it is a "Whimsy" after all.
